All Bible study must remember that with Heavenly Father, the day ends and starts at sundown.
The Greek copiest did not know that the day started and ended at sundown.
In spite of what Jewish leaders try to prove about their heritage, we do not know for certain that Hebrew existed before the time after Abraham came to Cannan where there is evidence that the Hebrew language came from two local languages blended together.
There was no Jew until the man Juda had children many years after the flood. Even then the children of Isarel were not even called Israel for several years. it is many years later that the offspring of Juda were referred to as Jews. Even then the term, ‘Jew’ referred to the tribe of Juda. The proper description of who the so-called, law of Moses was addressed to is ‘Israel”.
EVERY LAW THE HEAVENLY FATHER GAVE TO ISRAEL WAS EAISER TO DO THAN HIS ORIGONAL LAW FROM CREATION. For example, people could kill someone and run to the alter for safety. Not so before. Cain was severely punished. With the law of Moses, it is like a person can pull out in front of another car and go slow to get rearended and the law punishes the innocent driver. But Heavenly Father knows the wrong driver’s heart and will punish them. This was the way before Israel, and it is the way it is now. Jesus restored the rules to what they were before with the law of Moses. The Law was to love Heavenly Father. Israel proved in the wilderness that they could not remember to follow Heavenly Father’s rule of loving Him and their neighbor. Another example is the blood on the doorpost of the house. WE must have the blood of Messiah on the doorpost of our heart. We are held to a higher standard. Cheap grace is not a thing. His grace is that He created us, the world and the Plan OF Salvation. That is Grace. We must love Him and everyone just as Adam and Noah and Abraham were to do.
Is it ‘OK’ to be ‘Jewish or do things that the Israelites did? I think it is ok, as long as we remember that we are to live more carefully and strict as Messiah told us to. For example, He said that looking at a woman lustfully is just as wrong as doing it, that hate is just as wrong as killing and so on.,
Our Messiah spoke Aramac and may have read the scriptures on Sabbath in Aramac. During His time only the Temple worship was in Hebrew. Even Synagogues in Jerusalem may have used Aramac. Do you Know the Messiah’s name in Aramac?
The observance of the Messiahs death is outlined in the Bible and not the same as the Roman creeds made several hundred years after His death. It is remembered on a different day of the week just like your birthday.
Messiah’s resurrection has nothing to do with remembering that Heavenly Father set the Seventh day aside to honor Him as our Heavenly Father who declared that the world and us were to be created.
Messiah is to be remembered on The Christian Passover. Some prefer The Lord’s Supper instead, observed the night before He died.
Everyone should be familiar with the timeline of human existence. My drawing is hard to see, but until I revise it, I pray it is helpful to your Bible study.
